My name is Ramesh, and my life changed forever when both my children fell seriously ill. Doctors diagnosed them with a rare disease that affects only 1 in 1.3 lakh children. Soon after, my wife abandoned us, leaving me to raise and care for them alone.

But I work as a daily wage laborer, earning just ₹10,000 a month. This barely covers our rent, food, and basic medicines. The cost of the transplants is far beyond anything I can afford.
